Day 1 – Bali

Day 3 – Lombok to Sumbawa

Breakfast under the gaze of Lombok’s towering Mount Rinjani, the largest volcanic peak in Indonesia, and spend the morning swimming, snorkelling and exploring. Visit a village of the famous Bajao sea travellers of Southeast Asia, and see how their lives are lived on, and close to, the water.

Day 4 – Sumbawa to Satonda Island

A chance to swim with protected whale sharks off the northern coast of Sumbawa: one of the largest creatures of the ocean, whale sharks are under constant threat owing to the value of their fins. Later swim, snorkel, kayak and paddle board in the volcanic crater lake on Satonda Island. Enjoy sunset cocktails and observe giant fruit bats on their nocturnal foraging missions.

Day 5 – Santonda Island to Komodo

Enjoy an island visit to see traditional shipwrights at their craft. Snorkel amid colourful, vibrant coral, and above geothermal volcanic fissures. Sail to a deserted white sand beach. Explore coral gardens, swim, paddle, kayak and laze away the day before sunset cocktails.

Day 6 – Komodo National Park

Enjoy a morning of sea-based activities in the most northerly part of Komodo National Park: drift snorkel over the reef, kayak and paddle board. Swim with manta rays and hover above these giant and noble beasts for as long as you like. Spend the late afternoon on an isolated sandbar, enjoy snorkelling, swimming, and relaxing with cool drinks on the sand.

Day 7 – Rinca Island

Visit Rinca Island and go on a morning trek in search of the ancient Komodo dragon, the world’s largest lizard. See monkeys, dear, pigs, buffalo, and myriad birds on a trek through the forests and savannahs of this large island. Snorkel close to sea turtles above the technicolor reef below. Enjoy Indonesian hospitality as the crew host a farewell evening beach barbecue.
