Enjoy a private escorted tour to one of the most famous coastlines in the world, the Amalfi Coast. Enjoy guided visits to Capri, Pompei and Naples, and a delightful lunch and wine tasting at a Sorrentino vineyard. On day three, five or seven join a small group tour of a Sorrentino lemon grove to learn all about the region’s foremost liqueur, Limoncello.

Highlight of the trip

An awe-inspiring sight, the sprawling ruins of Pompeii display the destructive volcanic power of Vesuvius, whose eruption in AD 79 froze the city in time. Guided through the streets, view the city’s temples, public baths, Gladiator Barracks, Amphitheatre, House of the Vettii with its beautifully preserved wall paintings, and the haunting Garden of the Fugitives.

Day 1– Flying from the UK to Naples, Italy

Arrive into Naples airport. Be met by your representative. Transfer to your choice of hotel in Sorrento for seven nights.

Day 2 – Capri

Board the hydrofoil to Capri for a VIP private tour of the island, with English-speaking guide, in a typical laundaulette-type Caprese taxi. Explore the Blue Grotto before returning by hydrofoil to Sorrento.

Day 3 – Day of leisure

Enjoy a leisurely day in charming Sorrento.

Day 4 – Amalfi Coast

Spend a full day visiting the Amalfi Coast by private car with English-speaking guide. Stop in Positano and Amalfi before heading to Ravello for breathtaking views.

Day 5 – Day to relax

The day is yours to spend how you wish.

Day 6 – Pompeii & Naples

Spend a full day visiting Pompei and Naples by private car with English-speaking guide. Enjoy a light lunch whilst visiting a Sorrentino winery. The day ends with a walking tour of Naples’ historic centre, and coffee and pastries at the famous Gran Caffe Gambrinus.

Day 7 – Sorrento

Spend the last day in Sorrento at your leisure.

Day 8 – Return to the UK

Checkout. Private transfer to Naples airport for your return journey, or continue your multi-centre holiday with onward travel to your next destination.
