Enjoying an extraordinary hilltop location, yet still in the centre of Sestri Levante, the Hotel Vis a Vis boasts spectacular views which must be amongst the finest anywhere in the Mediterranean. Three generations of the Di Nicolai family have run this unique hotel.

Compact and simply furnished guest bedrooms are reminiscent of cabins on transatlantic liners of old, and feature either balconies or small gardens; junior suites face the sea and are highly recommended for their breathtaking views of Sestri Levante's two stunning bays, The Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables.

Breakfast and light lunches are served at the open air Ponte Giunone and in the evening the elegant Olimpo restaurant offers fine dining set against an unforgettable backdrop.

The seasonally heated outdoor pool is reached by a bridge whilst reception is accessed via an elevator built into the rock of the hillside.
