This privately owned resort is more luxury beachside lodge than resort hotel, and enjoys a wonderful location by the stunning white sands of Diani beach with its coconut palms and crystal clear ocean views.
The resort has eight spacious suites in the main lodge, a penthouse apartment and a private self-contained villa. The villa is particularly recommended for families or small groups travelling together, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests staying at the villa have the option of a chef to cook their meals or to eat in the main restaurant.
The restaurant has a well thought out menu which incorporates the best of local ingredients into recipes with a noticeable Mediterranean influence. Tides Restaurant enjoys ocean views, and is particularly delightful in the evening when lit by lanterns.
There’s an inviting infinity pool right by the beach, and the gardens are dotted with comfortable seating areas ideal for reclining of reading in the shady gardens full of colourful bird life and visiting monkeys.
There is a bijou spa located in the gardens and a beautifully curated boutique selling arts, crafts and fair-trade cotton clothing all sourced form artisans in the local area.
