Dating back to 1890 this landmark hotel with its grand and traditionally styled Canarian architecture complemented by a recent renovation in 2019 at the hotel as well as its refurbished interiors, offers timeless elegance, luxurious surroundings and a tradition of exceptional service.
Elegantly styled guest rooms and suites offer views of the garden or the ocean, whilst the Alis rooftop bar boasts panoramic views from its terrace with infinity pool. MuXgo Restaurant, managed by the Canarian chef Borja Marrero, is the first restaurant in the Canary Islands to be awarded a Michelin Green Star, for its sustainable approach to gastronomy. This new addition (as of September 2023) compliments the hotel's Poemas By Hermanos Padrón, already recognized with a Michelin star, and the smart-casual 1890 La Bodeguita, with its stone walls, see-through kitchen and extensive tapas menu.
