Dining
A wonderful blend of traditional West Indian and Caribbean cuisine is served in the open-air Savvy Restaurant with delightful breakfasts welcoming guests each morning and seasonal, farm-to-table offerings available in the evening. Lunch is a laid-back affair at the Beach Cabana, where snacks and refreshments can also be enjoyed until sundown. The newly appointed chef Cristian Bassi from Italy, is delighted to bring a Italian touch overseeing the food and beverage operations.
